In the unlikely event you change your mind about your order, you can avail of our returns policy providing you return your book with 14 working days of the delivery of your order. The book must be in pristine and resalable condition.
A full refund will be given for the returned items and the original postage costs, however any postage incurred when returning your items will be at your own cost.
If the book received is damaged, we will either replace the item or give you a full refund (including postage costs). Please state which option you prefer. If you would like a replacement, we will wait to receive the faulty copy before despatching the new one.
In all occurances your returns must be accompanied by the delivery note received with your book.
